Trees don't give much notice when they're about to cause a problem. Here's what typically happens when a dangerous or diseased tree is left too long.

Diseased trees spread to healthy trees nearby. Honey fungus, ash dieback and phytophthora move through root systems and soil quickly. Removing an infected tree promptly limits the spread.

A tree can look healthy and still be failing internally. Decay, root plate damage and fungal colonisation are not visible from the ground without a professional assessment.

If the tree is protected by a TPO or in a conservation area, we handle the application and wait for written consent before starting work.

All timber and brash removed. Chipped on site where access allows. The site is left clear on the day.
The stump is cut flush with the ground as standard. Stump grinding to below ground level is available as an add-on.
